 Neil,Right now light-rail is  beside the point for me since Lucille and I are in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania with the Society for Industrial Archeology.  But concern about COVID-19 seems quite legit.  Case counts are going up on Long Island. It appears they're also going up here in Lehigh County.  We're wearing our masks, but a lot of people aren't.  Keeping fingers crossed!  Outdoor seating for September sounds good.   Curtis

I'm inclined to put off the meeting for a month. The virus has increased 
to "moderate" level in Santa Clara county, and so an indoor meeting 
seems like the wrong thing to do. I'm overdue to visit some possible 
outdoor meeting sites.
