I'm looking at VTA, and it doesn't appear that the light rail is running 
yet. I don't understand why, really.

I'm inclined to put off the meeting for a month. The virus has increased 
to "moderate" level in Santa Clara county, and so an indoor meeting 
seems like the wrong thing to do. I'm overdue to visit some possible 
outdoor meeting sites.
