I'm planning the OS/2 exhibit at VCF West. These are my rough notes.

Initial contact from VCF
Hello!
I’m sorry for the extremely late response (I found your email from
back in November!), but we’d love to share some space with you. At this
time, we’re looking at one of the classrooms if you want to do a track
dedicated to OS/2, and we can always fit you in for a talk in the
Auditorium. Also, I can give you a table or two in the main space to
exhibit. I know there are quite a few OS/2 fans in the bay, so let me
know if you’re still interested.

I’m looking to book tickets so I fly into San Jose the morning of August
1st, though I’m not sure if I’ll be there at 10 am opening. Is there a
plan to organize a speaking engagement? I’d like to present on ArcaOS
and perform any outreach.

Title: ArcaOS - OS/2 for the 21st Century
Description: ArcaOS is a spiritual successor to IBM’s venerable OS/2
Warp 4 operating system. In this presentation, we will discuss the
advantages of the platform and what new features it brings to the table
over traditional OS/2. Stick around to the end as we will go over some
gaming demos in ArcaOS.

Yes! I'm planning to help at the VCF West.
I'm delighted that you're thinking about a talk to tell the computer
enthusiasts about OS/2 and ArcaOS.
You noted that people at the VCF might well be interested in the support
of DOS to run old games. So that might be a good thing to show at the
table.
Next steps
The plan is to have a table with OS/2 poster and computers running
ArcaOS and OS/2 inside VirtualBox. (So it's not hardware but software
that we are exhibiting.)
Logistics, arrival, parking, meals, etc.
Contact VCF West Co-Showrunner for 1 table and 1 auditorium presentation
(Will there be WiFi?)
