Neil, I could handle a trip to Santa Cruz on Saturday the 28th.  Lucille has that day off, and she might actually like a trip to Santa Cruz, though she'd go to other places in Santa Cruz.
Another possibility might be a meeting room at the San Jose Public Library.  But Lucille says we couldn't make a reservation more than a very few days in advance, and parking in the area is a pain or $$$.  Curtis

I'll propose that the meeting in the some time on Saturday Sept 28th. Pittsburgh is on Eastern time, so they start at 6 AM, probably way to early to meet. We should easily be able to view the afternoon sessions.

We would want someplace to meeting with a viewing screen. I can volunteer my office/living room in Santa Cruz with its 32-inch computer monitor. Of course that would mean everyone would have to arrange visiting Santa Cruz, so I'm open to discussion on that idea.

Let me know if you would like to come, and any suggestions. I'd like to have us briefly be on camera in Pittsburgh, just to say "Hi!"

 best regards,
 Neil

Neil,  Great idea!  I'd want to leave after 9 a.m. on Friday.  My Saturday right now is completely open.   Curtis

We discussed the summer schedule at the last meeting. Travel schedules
made it hard to find a good July or August meeting.

I thought it might be nice to get together and watch the stream for
Warpstock one one of the days. Warpstock starts Friday, Sept 27 at noon
(local time, 9:00 AM EDT). Would you be interested in meeting to
view/participate? If so, I'll look for an appropriate place.
