After installing Flash-10 into eCS-1.2r (full-updates), VPC is inoperable.
   That's "VirtualPC v5.1" (from Innotek, back in 1993).  I use it 
'cause it still *just works* with every Win-xxx I've put into it, 
including XP.  [Other OSs too.]

May not get to this meeting.  I do hope someone takes good notes (on 
serial port programming), and posts 'em.

I'm equally *or more* interested in Parallel Port programming.  That's 
  'counta 'cause I've an 8-trace oscilloscope app (requires a PP) that 
no longer works with my new-to-me 18-month-old machine and eCS-1.2r.
