At a recent BayWarp meeting, we obtained simple examples of the Microsoft Open
XML files described in this article.

We attempted to open these files with the following results.

sample.docx -- crashes
sample.pptx -- opens fine, no data displayed
sample.xlsx -- opens fine, no data displayed

sample.doc -- opens fine
sample.ppt -- opens fine
sample.xls -- opens fine
